Tuition Fees

Annual tuition fees for September 2012 entry are £7,500 (£2,500 per term)

Extras

  • Examination fees range from £20 for an AS unit to £115 for the IELTS examination
  • Optional expenses include; college locker deposit, student union joining fee, college trips and fieldwork, course specific practical materials

Accommodation

The cost per week for host family accommodation is £105 (from January 2012).

This will include half-board [breakfast and evening meal] on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and full board [all meals] at weekends and during holidays. The payments will be made directly to the host family.

 

Scholarships and Awards

We are able to offer scholarships to a selection of the best international applicants. Scholarships are usually awarded to students with excellent school reports and English language ability as well as successful completion of an exam and interview.

 

Discount for Hong Kong O.E.A. Students

Hong Kong Overseas Education Allowance (O.E.A.) students are eligible for a £1,000 tuition fee discount for 2012 entry to John Leggott College. The discount applies to the A-level programme.

 

Vietnam Scholarships

John Leggott College is delighted to announce that they are to award scholarships of 20% discount on tuition fees for both year one and year two* of the A-level course (courses starting September 2012).

All Vietnamese students who are hard-working, motivated and have good English language skills are invited to attend the scholarship exams and interviews taking place in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh this Spring.

A limited number of larger scholarships may be available subject to exceptional completion of scholarships exams and final decision of the Principal.
