LÍDER DE ÁREA - CIENCIA
El rol será liderar la provisión completa de Ciencias del Colegio (muchos Colegios llamarían a esto un 'Director de la Facultad'). El líder del área de ciencias desempeñará un papel fundamental en el apoyo a los estudiantes y la universidad en el camino hacia la excelencia. El área cubre biología, química, electrónica, ingeniería, geología y física, materias que forman parte de STEM, que se ha convertido en un enfoque cada vez mayor para la educación para garantizar que se satisfaga la escasez nacional de habilidades. El departamento es una combinación de personal experimentado, que tiene una gran cantidad de conocimientos, junto con personal recién nombrado, lo que forma un equipo muy dinámico, entusiasta e innovador para liderar y dar el siguiente paso.

What We’re Looking For:

Honours degree or substantial relevant experience (Desirable).

Level 2 qualifications including English and Maths (Essential).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to engage and motivate young people, fostering a positive learning environment.

Effective IT skills and the ability to use technology to support learning.

Experience in delivering workshops or group sessions (Desirable).
