그 역할은 대학의 완전한 과학 제공을 이끄는 것입니다(많은 대학에서는 이것을 '학부장'이라고 부릅니다). Area Lead of Science는 학생과 대학이 탁월함을 향한 여정을 지원하는 데 중추적인 역할을 할 것입니다. 이 영역은 생물학, 화학, 전자, 공학, 지질학 및 물리학, 국가 기술 부족을 충족시키기 위해 교육의 초점이 증가한 STEM의 일부 과목을 다룹니다. 이 부서는 풍부한 지식을 가진 숙련된 직원과 새로 임명된 직원이 혼합되어 매우 역동적이고 열정적이며 혁신적인 팀을 이끌고 다음 단계를 수행합니다.

What We’re Looking For:

Honours degree or substantial relevant experience (Desirable).

Level 2 qualifications including English and Maths (Essential).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to engage and motivate young people, fostering a positive learning environment.

Effective IT skills and the ability to use technology to support learning.

Experience in delivering workshops or group sessions (Desirable).
