Pienākums būs vadīt koledžas pilnu zinātnes nodrošinājumu (daudzas koledžas to dēvētu par “fakultātes vadītāju”). Zinātnes apgabala vadītājam būs galvenā loma, atbalstot studentus un koledžu ceļā uz izciliem. Teritorija aptver bioloģiju, ķīmiju, elektroniku, inženierzinātnes, ģeoloģiju un fiziku, kas ir daļa no STEM, kas ir kļuvusi par pastiprinātu uzmanību izglītībā, lai nodrošinātu valsts prasmju trūkuma nodrošināšanu.
