Роль будет заключаться в том, чтобы возглавить полное научное обеспечение Колледжа (многие колледжи назвали бы это «руководителем факультета»). Региональный научный руководитель будет играть ключевую роль в поддержке студентов и колледжей на пути к выдающимся достижениям. Эта область охватывает биологию, химию, электронику, инженерию, геологию и физику, предметы, которые являются частью STEM, которые стали уделять больше внимания образованию, чтобы обеспечить нехватку национальных навыков. Департамент представляет собой сочетание опытных сотрудников, обладающих богатыми знаниями, а также недавно назначенных сотрудников, образующих очень динамичную, полную энтузиазма и новаторскую команду, которая возглавит и сделает следующий шаг.

What We’re Looking For:

Honours degree or substantial relevant experience (Desirable).

Level 2 qualifications including English and Maths (Essential).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to engage and motivate young people, fostering a positive learning environment.

Effective IT skills and the ability to use technology to support learning.

Experience in delivering workshops or group sessions (Desirable).
