The Learning Support team provide personalised support to any student who needs help.
You might have a medical requirement or established additional learning need that the team can support you with. Over the past few years the team have supported students with dyslexia, dyspraxia, students on the autistic spectrum, hearing impaired and visually impaired students.
Our Learning Support Assistants (LSA) work closely with students and teachers to ensure you can be as successful as possible, both academically and personally.
As a John Leggott College student you can tap into help and support, all of which is confidential and tailored to your needs.
The LSAs can provide in-class support, revision help, tailored resources to suit your learning style, and also personal support such as note-taking, exam preparation, organisational skills, confidence building, developing your social skills and creating techniques that you can use in the future to help make you more independent.
