Transport Information 2022/23

Student Services are a pivotal contact for students at John Leggott College. One of their duties is to ensure students have a smooth journey into college.

How to apply for a pass and how you will be issued this depends on where you live and which bus service you need to use.

If you require bus transport for 2022/2023 and live 3 miles or more from College please complete our form.

This is for Students that live in North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire or if you live in Lincolnshire and want to use JLC10. If you live in Lincolnshire and wish to use the service 100/101 or 103 you will need to apply to Lincolnshire County Council directly, please see their website for costs.

The cost for North Lincs Travel is £90 for the year.

The cost for all other areas will be £350.

Both payments can be made in 3 instalments however full payment is preferred before end September 2022.  Payments will be available to be made from the start of the Autumn term via ParentPay.

External Transport Options

If you live in South Yorkshire and are 16-18 year old, you can apply for the new 16-18 Travel Pass to get cheaper travel on bus, tram and train.

Why should I apply?

  • Now available to ALL 16-18 year olds in South Yorkshire
  • Cheaper travel for work, school, college or leisure
  • Travel for just 80p per journey on bus or tram and half fare on Northern trains
  • Travel anytime, anywhere in South Yorkshire
  • Valid through summer months so you can enjoy cheaper travel in August
  • Access money saving tickets for young people
