その役割は、大学の科学部門全体を率いることです (多くの大学では、これを「学部長」と呼んでいます)。エリア リード オブ サイエンスは、優秀な成績を収める過程で学生と大学をサポートする上で極めて重要な役割を果たします。この分野は、生物学、化学、電子工学、工学、地質学、物理学をカバーしており、STEM の一部であり、国家のスキル不足を確実に解決するための教育の焦点が高まっています。この部門は、豊富な知識を持つ経験豊富なスタッフと、次のステップをリードして実行するための非常にダイナミックで熱意のある革新的なチームを形成する新任のスタッフが混在しています。

What We’re Looking For:

Honours degree or substantial relevant experience (Desirable).

Level 2 qualifications including English and Maths (Essential).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to engage and motivate young people, fostering a positive learning environment.

Effective IT skills and the ability to use technology to support learning.

Experience in delivering workshops or group sessions (Desirable).
