Vai trò sẽ là lãnh đạo toàn bộ hoạt động cung cấp Khoa học của Trường (nhiều Trường Cao đẳng gọi đây là 'Trưởng khoa'). Trưởng nhóm Khoa học sẽ đóng một vai trò quan trọng trong việc hỗ trợ học sinh và trường đại học trên hành trình trở nên xuất sắc. Khu vực này bao gồm Sinh học, Hóa học, Điện tử, Kỹ thuật, Địa chất và Vật lý, các môn học là một phần của STEM đã trở thành trọng tâm giáo dục ngày càng tăng để đảm bảo đáp ứng việc cung cấp các kỹ năng thiếu hụt quốc gia. Bộ phận là sự kết hợp của các nhân viên giàu kinh nghiệm, có kiến thức phong phú, cùng với các nhân viên mới được bổ nhiệm tạo nên một đội ngũ rất năng động, nhiệt tình và đổi mới để dẫn dắt và thực hiện các bước tiếp theo.

What We’re Looking For:

Honours degree or substantial relevant experience (Desirable).

Level 2 qualifications including English and Maths (Essential).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to engage and motivate young people, fostering a positive learning environment.

Effective IT skills and the ability to use technology to support learning.

Experience in delivering workshops or group sessions (Desirable).
