EMC - English Language Conference

Our students had a fabulous time in London for the EMC English Language Conference. David and Maisie took 13 English Language students to London to take part in the EMC English Language Conference. They listened to five amazingly insightful talks by Dr. Chris Montgomery, Dr. Jessica Norledge, Dr. Emma Byrne, Dr. Claire Hardaker, and Children's Laureate Michael Rosen on subjects ranging from accent and dialect to why swearing is good for you!

Students were thrilled to get autographs from Michael Rosen and the group even had time to do some exploring afterwards.

We are incredibly proud to offer John Leggott College students the opportunity to expand their knowledge and learning outside the classroom, gaining invaluable experience which will prepare them for life after JLC.
