John Leggott College is looking for an ambitious and innovative Catering Manager to drive the next chapter of our catering provision. This is a unique opportunity to lead an established service and develop it into a thriving, high-quality operation that meets the needs of our students while delivering significant commercial growth.
Full Time - Permanent – Term Time + 2 Weeks
The Estates Assistant will help maintain the College’s buildings, grounds and facilities, carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, room set-ups, site safety and security tasks, while supporting contractors and college events. The role would suit a practical, reliable and organised person who enjoys hands-on work, can work independently and as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
37 hours - Full Time - Permanent – All year contract
The International Recruitment Officer will lead the College’s international student recruitment strategy, building global partnerships, managing the recruitment journey and identifying opportunities to grow its international student community. The role also involves overseeing pre-enrolment compliance, including applicant credibility interviews and CAS preparation, and would suit a confident, commercially aware relationship-builder with experience in international education, admissions, recruitment or partnership management.
37 hours - Full Time - Permanent – All year contract
The Project SEARCH Job Coach will support young adults with learning disabilities to develop workplace skills, confidence and independence, helping them transition into meaningful employment through tailored coaching, mentoring and real-world job placements. Working closely with interns, employers, families and support services, the role requires a patient, flexible and confident communicator who is passionate about empowering others and helping them achieve their potential.
Full Time - 40 weeks per year - Term time plus 1 week - Fixed term until 31st July 2027

Our Location
John Leggott College is conveniently located on a spacious, green campus in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. Just 10 minutes from the M180, our site is easily accessible via the M18 and M1, making commuting straightforward from across the region.
Staff travel to our college from across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, including Doncaster, Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Hull, Sheffield, Pontefract and Lincoln.
Scunthorpe itself is a well-connected town offering a low cost of living, easy access to the Lincolnshire Wolds and Humber estuary, and ongoing regeneration that includes leisure, retail, and cultural developments.
