Teacher of Health & Social Care

About the role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for Teacher of Health and Social Care to come and join our expanding Allied Health department. We are seeking an individual with a strong subject knowledge and who is passionate to teach across vocational Health & Social Care and T-Level Health courses. Candidates with a nursing background are particularly encouraged to apply to bring their expertise to our growing T-Level Health programme.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, with an allowance up to £5,000pa offered to the right candidate. Specific responsibilities will be agreed upon appointment.

The College has excellent in-house training programs for Early Career Teachers and aspiring leaders, ongoing CPD opportunities in-house, part of Norvic College Group, SFCA Group and AoC group and externally, and we would support individuals who would be taking their first steps into teaching. The college offers a wide variety of benefits for staff, including free parking, on site catering facilities, TPS pensions and access to a wide variety of locally agreed discounts.
