A British National (Overseas) visa allows students to live, work, and study in the UK, including at school or college level. This means under‑18 students can join John Leggott College Sixth Form without needing a separate Student Visa, making the enrolment process quicker and simpler.

What Is a British National (Overseas) Visa?

The BNO visa allows students from Hong Kong to live and study in the UK. Unlike international students requiring a Student Visa, BNO students:

• Can join Sixth Form or college directly

• Do not need a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies)
