International students receive dedicated pastoral support, including help settling into life in the UK, English language guidance where needed, and a named point of contact throughout their studies to help with both academic and personal matters.
Our graduates progress to a wide range of universities both in the UK and abroad, including institutions such as UCL, Oxford, and other leading universities worldwide, studying subjects from Computer Science to Physics and beyond. You can explore individual student journeys and destinations on this page.
Entry requirements vary depending on the course and qualifications students already hold. Generally, we look at prior academic performance and, where English isn't a student's first language, evidence of English proficiency. Our admissions team can advise on how international qualifications map to our entry criteria.
Yes, we guide international students and their families through the visa application process and can advise on accommodation options, whether that's homestay, boarding, or other arrangements, so students have everything in place before arrival.
Alongside academic teaching, high-achieving students can join our Aspire Programme, which offers individual mentoring, personal statement support, admissions test preparation, and mock interviews, with a particular focus on Oxford and Cambridge applications. Students also benefit from subject-specific societies, campus visits, and specialist academic enrichment, helping them put together strong, competitive applications wherever they're applying.
